At Hope Zion Hospital, the doctors confront their past as Alex, Charlie, and Joel face the challenging operation of a malpractice lawyer notorious for suing physicians. Simultaneously, Zach finds himself in a tough spot when the last person he wishes to treat arrives in the E.R.
