Episode Overview

A new facility opens up adjacent to Spacely Sprockets, owned by none other than Cogswell. George discovers that this new structure infringes upon Spacely's land by a mere six inches. In a fit of frustration, Spacely forces Cogswell to crawl on his hands and knees to emphasize the violation. Meanwhile, George receives a promotion. However, the tables turn when it becomes clear that Spacely's own building is actually encroaching six feet onto Cogswell's property, leading to unexpected consequences for everyone involved.
