As Judy confides in her animated diary about the week leading up to her birthday on Saturday, she anticipates a surprise party from her parents. When her space car malfunctions, Curley Quasar steps in to assist her when no one else will. However, Judy dismisses his kindness, believing he doesn't fit in with the popular crowd. On Saturday, just as she fears everyone has overlooked her special day, Curley arrives with a thoughtful present, prompting Judy to reevaluate her perception of him.
