Jim Fenner's temper flared when Rachel began sending him love letters, clearly not the best way to keep their affair under wraps. Zandra approached Helen with a request to marry her fiancé, Robin, at Larkhall, and Helen agreed to think it over while enrolling Zandra in a detox program. Nikki cautioned Rachel about Jim Fenner, revealing that he had also been involved with Shell, but when Rachel confronted him, he denied it. The arrival of new inmate Crystal Gordon, guitar in hand, stirred things up, while Shell continued to bully Rachel. Zandra was heartbroken to learn that Robin was set to marry someone else.
