Episode Overview
A new inmate named Barbara Hunt joined the wing, but there was a twist—she was actually Mad Tessa Spall, thanks to a blunder by Sylvia. Meanwhile, Meg Richards, the counselor, came in to lead group therapy. Zandra was struggling with worsening headaches, while Shell thought she could tease 'Barbara' but ended up pinned against a wall. Nikki received a postcard from Helen, and Yvonne suggested that Sylvia pursue compensation for her neck injury. After securing a private visiting room for Yvonne, Fenner collected his payment at the golf course, unaware that he was being photographed. Tessa confronted Karen with a syringe filled with HIV-positive blood, revealing their history from a previous prison. Dominic figured out the mix-up and informed the other officers, leading to Jim rescuing Karen just as Zandra collapsed in agony. Ultimately, the real Barbara Hunt was brought onto the wing.
