Outgoing wing-governor Karen is determined to secure her position while finishing her notice period. Jim grows frustrated with Tina for not delivering his photographic proof quickly enough. Meanwhile, Noreen Biggs makes her way back to Larkhall but arrives unwell—will she honor her financial commitment to Sylvia? After hearing Noreen's advice, Tina realizes Jim is taking advantage of her, leading her to assist Yvonne in gathering evidence of Jim's misdeeds, which Yvonne hastily presents to Karen. Neil finally reveals the truth about his marriage to Di to the G-Wing staff. Sylvia gets her comeuppance from Noreen, while Di eagerly searches for a new name to scrawl on her mirror!
