Bad Girls (1999)

Episode Overview

Governor Joy Masterton is appalled when her new deputy, Lou Stoke, shows up for her first day at Larkhall clearly under the influence of alcohol. Meanwhile, a new inmate, Emira Al Jahani, who is married to a suspected terrorist, enters the scene. The other inmates greet her with disdain, but Natalie quickly realizes that Emira is a chemistry student and coerces her into building a makeshift drug lab. This leads to widespread fear among the inmates, who mistakenly believe Emira is plotting a chemical attack.
