Episode Overview
As Strength readies to give herself up to save Yuu, Mato resolves to prevent Black Rock Shooter from taking her life. She finds herself in a surreal blue realm, where she embodies Black Rock Shooter, facing off against Insane Black Rock Shooter. Meanwhile, Kagari and Arata confront their own painful memories. The revived inhabitants of the other world join forces to empower Mato, enabling her to triumph over Insane Black Rock Shooter and unite their worlds. Once she regains her sense of self, Mato discovers a weakened Strength, who reassures Yuu about making friends in the real world before vanishing. Yuu returns to her original body, and Mato awakens to reunite with Yomi. As life settles back into a routine, Mato, Yomi, Kagari, and Yuu forge a friendship, while Strength takes her place in the other world alongside Black Rock Shooter, who vows to keep fighting.
