Kid faces off against a new rival in the form of Chat Noir, a phantom thief who has traveled all the way from France. This crafty cat challenges Kid to steal a valuable cat's-eye ring, rumored to have once belonged to Marie Antoinette. However, this heist won't be easy, as the security measures guarding the ring have also been enhanced and brought over from France.
