At the clinic, Adrian encounters Ricky's mom and opens up about her fears of being a teenage parent. After their conversation, she changes her mind and informs Ben that she has decided against having an abortion. Meanwhile, Ricky receives a call from Amy but abruptly hangs up. Adrian texts Ashley to share her decision to keep the baby, prompting Ashley to inform Anne and George while trying to persuade them to keep this news from Amy until Ben has a chance to tell her. When Ben and Adrian visit Grace to break the news, Tom overhears and shares it with Jack. Both Ben and Jack then inform Madison about Adrian's choice, and she urges Ben to speak to Amy before anyone else does.
