Pooh Bear eagerly wants to introduce his harmonica to Tigger, but Tigger's boundless energy makes it difficult for him to focus on playing. To help Tigger settle down, Pooh decides to play a delightful melody, hoping it will allow Tigger to bounce out all his excess energy.
