To create the enchanted gown, they must first locate a pair of magic scissors, which Dorothy discovers in Cuttenclips. The scissors produce a stunning dress, but the lively creation causes chaos at the Ball, instigating conflicts among the royals. Can Dorothy find a way to restore order to the event?
