Wilhelmina casts a spell to snatch one of Dorothy's ruby slippers, but when she attempts to wield the slipper, she is transported to Under the Rainbow, a realm for wayward magical items. Dorothy and her companions set off on a mission to track down Wilhelmina and retrieve the stolen ruby slipper.
