The Mayor informs Dorothy that in order to remain in Oz, she needs to successfully complete the Official Oziam Exam. Scarecrow steps in to help her study, but just as they begin, a crisis arises in Munchkinland, diverting Dorothy's focus from her studies and leading her into an unexpected adventure.
