In the spring of 1992, a mysterious gunman wreaks havoc along the I-70 corridor, stretching from Indianapolis to Wichita, Kansas, claiming the lives of six victims in different retail locations. As law enforcement struggles to identify the shooter, a composite sketch emerges based on eyewitness testimonies. However, progress remains stalled—until one of the victims manages to survive.
