The Polites are on the hunt for their next 50/50 FLIP project. Marlin, the acquisitions manager and cousin to Krystal, has discovered a potential gem—a four-unit apartment building in nearby Graham, NC. This property is much larger than the typical single-family homes that Krystal and Dedric usually renovate, but its asking price is incredibly appealing. Can they transform this rundown "motel" into the stylish four-unit rental they envision, or will they find themselves regretting their decision and longing for an early exit?
