Steed and Cathy dine at a Chinese restaurant, but their outing has a purpose beyond just enjoying the cuisine. Steed has a hunch that the owner, Mr. Lo, is involved in gold smuggling. Additionally, it appears that he is working with military personnel who are illegally transporting ammunition to assist former soldiers.
