Dr. Vink returns, this time as the owner of a restaurant called The Wild Boar. As his staff keeps resigning without warning, two workers stumble upon the unsettling truth behind their abrupt departures. It turns out, Dr. Vink's renowned soup is made with a unique ingredient sourced from his employees—FEAR. Things take a dark turn when the two inadvertently unleash a creature that harvests this fear, granting it the power to hunt anyone in its path.
