Topsy and Tim are excited when their friends Tony Welch and Vinda arrive for a playdate, but things don’t start off as smoothly as they hoped. However, as the day goes on, the friends find themselves caught up in so much fun that by the time their mothers arrive to take them home, they’re reluctant to leave.
