Upon reaching Glinda's castle, Dorothy and Lucas witness her recover a long-lost treasure she has been seeking. Meanwhile, the Wizard journeys to the Kingdom of Ev to establish a formidable weapons stockpile. In a separate storyline, West resorts to perilous magic to aid Tip in rediscovering her origins. Back in the Kingdom of Ev, Jack grapples with his role in Langwidere's world, feeling uncertain about his significance in her life.
