Pingu and Pinga are out shopping with their mother when Father zooms by on his motorized sledge, splashing snow onto Mother, much to the children's delight. Spotting a beauty salon, Mother decides to go in with Pingu and Pinga. The beautician seats her in a reclining chair and gives the kids lollipops while they wait. Pingu discovers a bottle of lotion and accidentally sends a blob flying into a lady’s tea, shocking her. After quickly returning the bottle, he finds his chair can spin, leading to a dizzying ride for both him and Pinga.
