Episode Overview

With a surge in scooter thefts, the Safety Patrol finds themselves challenged by student activist Derek Minna. He forms B.A.G.A.S.T. (Boys And Girls Against Scooter Theft), a task force comprised of scooter and rollerblade riders, with the goal of eventually supplanting the Safety Patrol. Meanwhile, Fillmore and Ingrid investigate the thefts, uncovering a connection to the Metal Shop. They decide to go undercover to infiltrate the gang responsible and bring the thieves to justice.
