Episode Overview

Student Council Representative Peabody is cracking down on the illegal term paper trade, but the culprits are always ahead of the Safety Patrol. After a failed raid and some sabotage to his bike, Fillmore seeks help from Sonny Lombard, his former partner from his rebellious past. They trace the papers back to Rudy Teravall, the Home Economics kingpin. Just as Fillmore and Ingrid prepare to confront Rudy's crew, Peabody receives a tip about bootleg hall passes hidden in Fillmore's desk, leading to Fillmore's suspension from the force. Undeterred, Fillmore vows to track down the term papers—badge or not.
