Episode Overview

As Vallejo approaches his second term examination for Junior Commissioner, a new crime emerges linked to a mysterious figure known as "The Shredder," who has been destroying people's cherished projects. Sadly, none of the victims were able to identify the Shredder. Vallejo decides to enlist his former partner, Frank Bishop, a disgraced ex-member of the Safety Patrol, to help. Frank's mission is to analyze the Shredder's actions and uncover a pattern that could reveal the next target in this puzzling case.
