Episode Overview
Robson travels to Itatí, located in Argentina's northeastern Corrientes province. By the Paraná River, the second largest river in South America, he sets up baited lines to try and catch the world's largest freshwater fish, the short-tailed river stingray. As he moves further down the river, he looks for the pacu, a relative of the piranha. With a unique curried-fruit lure, he and the boys prepare a strange mix of fish bait and cast their lines into the reeds, patiently awaiting a bite from the usually shy fish. However, Robson's first catch is anything but shy! Next, he heads to the Iberá marshes, visiting a traditional cattle ranch. His goal is to fish in the lagoons filled with piranhas, but first, he practices his lasso skills to earn his Gaucho spurs.
