While Goku and Pan search for the Dragon Balls, they discover a deserted city. They encounter a couple who caution them about a slime that drains energy, claiming it caused everyone to flee. Determined to finish their mission, they press on and soon face Rage Shenron, the 5-star dragon. It becomes clear that this shocking slime has a far more sinister agenda than they originally thought!
