After pulling off an impressive horror theme for his sister's 15th birthday celebration, easygoing Renaldo recruits his three best friends—Andres, Ursula, and Tati—to start a business focused on delivering spine-tingling experiences to different clients. To boost their marketing efforts, they turn to Renaldo's uncle, Tico, a renowned parking valet in LA, for assistance in spreading the word about their new venture.
