Oliver organizes a getaway for the group, but the experience turns out to be less enjoyable for everyone except him. Summer makes a strong effort to insert herself into Anna and Seth's budding relationship. Meanwhile, Jimmy and Sandy contemplate starting a business venture together. Caleb and Julie come back from their trip to Europe, leading to tension between Hailey and Kirsten. Throughout it all, Ryan feels increasingly isolated and left out.
