During the highly awaited toy-car race, Melman finds that a tire on his toy ambulance has been punctured. Believing it to be an intentional act of sabotage, he recruits Marty and the rest of the crew for an investigation reminiscent of a noir film to track down the culprit responsible for the tire damage.
