Episode Overview

Jeff is eager to get a motor scooter just like Gordie's, but Alex refuses to let him have one. Gordie demonstrates his riding abilities, only to crash into a tree in the Stones’ front yard. To milk the situation, he pretends to hurt his leg, ending up in Jeff's bed for the night while Donna looks after him. But why would Gordie go to such lengths? Could it be related to his new stepmother or his dad’s tendency to indulge him? Fortunately, Donna has a plan in mind to assist Gordie's mom with this dilemma!
