Things are about to take a turn for the worse. Even with the lingering winter chill, the 1996 New Jersey state girls soccer champions opt to kick off their spring training with an unexpected cardio workout. Callie runs into an old love, while Van shows that goalies are relentless. Meanwhile, the adults gather purposefully in the sharing shack, and Lottie finds herself serenaded by the blues, dreaming of tossed salad and scrambled eggs. What a scene!
