Dre's sister, Rhonda, is tying the knot with her partner, Sharon, which sparks a discussion about traditions. Dre discovers that Bow opposes the outdated practice of adopting the husband's surname, a stance he was unaware of since Bow's maiden name is also Johnson. At the same time, Jack and Diane are eager to take on the roles of ring bearer and flower girl, but they fret that they might be too old for those positions. Meanwhile, Junior and Zoey help Ruby come to terms with her daughter's relationship.
