When an incident at work challenges Dre's perspective on the current perceptions of Black individuals compared to his childhood, he decides to embrace a more open-minded approach to his community involvement. His initial move is to become a member of the Homeowners’ Association. At the same time, Bow seeks to create more quality moments with their children before the arrival of the new baby. She turns to Pops for guidance on how to foster a desire in the kids to spend time with her.
