Perfect Strangers (1986)

Episode Overview

Mr. Twinkacetti has been neglecting his duties as a landlord, prompting Larry, Balki, and the other tenants to convene and initiate a rent strike. Despite Twinkacetti's attempts to retaliate by cutting off the electricity, water, and heating, the tenants remain steadfast in their decision. Unfortunately for Twinkie, his financial troubles are compounded as he needs the rent money to settle a gambling debt.
