Following a small fender bender, Mr. Gorpley encourages Larry to consider legal action. Motivated by the need to support his sister Elaine’s college expenses, Larry concocts a scheme to trick the insurance company out of money. However, Balki, as always, is firmly against his cousin's unethical plan.
