Episode Overview

Balki volunteers to look after Tess, the daughter of their new neighbors, and gives her free rein to do as she pleases. Unfortunately, her wild antics wreak havoc throughout the apartment, making it difficult for Larry to concentrate on crafting a potential front-page piece for a city council investigation. Tess's chaos also creates a stir among the staff at the Chronicle, further complicating Larry's efforts.
