Balki discovers a ghost haunting their home, but Larry is skeptical. However, Jennifer and Mary Anne are intrigued after Balki presents them with a book detailing the spirit. They decide to venture into Balki's room, where the ghost supposedly resides, to await its emergence. As strange occurrences unfold, Larry remains unconvinced—until he experiences a sudden confrontation with the supernatural entity, forcing him to reconsider his disbelief.
