Episode Overview

Ben is working solo for the first time when he answers a call about a 9-year-old girl who has gone missing. He becomes deeply affected by a case involving a woman being stalked by a violent ex. Meanwhile, Lydia and Rene dedicate their day to helping Brianna, the mother of a baby found wandering alone. In the Gangs unit, Detective Gil Puente heads a task force aimed at taking down former gang member Trinny Day, but his brash approach rubs Sal and Sammy the wrong way. Chickie is paired with John for the day, but he quickly realizes she lacks her usual authority, leading him to question her future in law enforcement.
