The Maxx (1995)

Episode Overview

Tod and Buz are enjoying a performance by trumpeter Gabe Johnson and his band at a nearby nightclub. As they leave, they see Jana Johnson, Gabe's wife, lose control of her car and crash. She confides in them that Gabe's jealousy has driven him to threaten her life. The boys decide to look after her, but things take a dangerous turn when Gabe shoots at Tod. Although Tod insists to the hospital that it was an accident, the situation grows more complicated when Jana chooses to go back to Gabe. Realizing that she will always return to him, Tod and Buz are left troubled by her decision. Filming Location: Malibu, California.
