As Tod waits for his date at a train station in Cleveland, he unexpectedly runs into convict Justin Lezama, who is being transferred to another facility. Lezama requests to make a phone call to his brother, but when the guard denies his request, Tod steps in to help. However, the situation escalates quickly as Lezama takes Tod hostage.
