Episode Overview
Peter Berkin and his wife Chard have made the decision to construct a new house at the end of their garden, but right from the outset, they clash over the design. Peter envisions a round house with a workshop for his plane-building projects, while Chard prefers a square, functional layout. Their budget also drastically differs, with Peter willing to spend £400K and Chard wanting to stick to £200K. As Peter plans to tackle much of the construction with the help of his friends and Chard oversees the finances and timeline, the situation seems destined for chaos.
