Title: Norfolk: Periscope House Plot: Natasha Cargill dreams of constructing a unique residence resembling two giant periscopes in the countryside of Norfolk. However, her vision is challenged by a strict budget and stringent planning regulations. To secure approval for her project, Natasha must not only select eco-friendly materials but also keep track of the diesel consumption for their transportation. The planning requirements are so detailed that even the choice of portable toilets for the workers and the dimensions of her bathtub must be recorded.
