While White Blood Cell (Neutrophil) is focused on eliminating germs, he encounters Backward Cap, a Platelet sporting her cap turned backward. Unbeknownst to him, she's diligently training to enhance her strength as a Platelet. Suddenly, a thunderous rumble reverberates throughout the body, accompanied by intense shaking, disrupting their moment and signaling an impending challenge.
