Magoo believes he’s out enjoying Halloween by trick-or-treating, but instead, he inadvertently ends up robbing a bank instead of Weasel. Fizz, who had intended to heroically catch the “fake” robber, quickly hurries to Magoo's home to seize the stolen cash and take our clueless protagonist to jail.
