Episode Overview

During a comet viewing celebration, Bob attempts to rein in Teddy, who is becoming overly obsessed with interpreting cosmic messages. Simultaneously, the children are busy crafting their dreams and aspirations, hoping that the sight of the comet will help them come to fruition.
