The group of kids finds themselves stuck in Saturday detention, desperate to escape in time for the Cotton Candy Festival. They devise various schemes to cut their punishment short. Meanwhile, Bob and Linda suspect that a young girl visiting their restaurant is trying to pull a fast one on them, leading to a comedic series of misunderstandings.
