As Halloween night unfolds, the kids embark on their usual trick-or-treating adventures, only to discover that their candy bags are vanishing one by one. Determined to solve the mystery, Tina, Louise, and Gene take matters into their own hands. Meanwhile, Teddy goes all out decorating the restaurant, hoping to outshine a rival handyman in the neighborhood, but his enthusiasm leads to some unexpected chaos.
