In 1987 Japan, Jotaro Kujo has voluntarily locked himself up in prison, stubbornly refusing to be released. Concerned for her son, Jotaro's mother, Holly, seeks assistance from her father, Joseph Joestar. Joseph makes his way to Japan, accompanied by his friend Mohammed Abdul, to help resolve the situation.
