Kakyoin attempts to alert his friends about the suspicious baby, but his claims only lead them to question his mental state. Desperate to prove his sanity, he reveals the words "Baby Stand" etched into his arm, which only reinforces their belief that he’s lost his mind. In a fit of frustration, Kakyoin tries to unleash his Stand in an attack, but Polnareff swiftly knocks him out. Ultimately, Jotaro and the others awaken from the nightmare, leading to the revelation of the unsettling truth.
