In April 1999, Jotaro Kujo makes his way to Morioh City in search of a person named Higashikata. While there, he stumbles upon a young man encircled by a group of delinquents. After a brief encounter, Jotaro discovers that the young man's name is Josuke Higashikata, the very individual he had been seeking.
